We desire to be providentially gathered Christ-followers who embrace the riches of the Historic Christian Faith, embody the life-changing love of Jesus Christ and joyfully demonstrate that love in Hillsborough, the surrounding community, and around the world to the glory of God and the joy of His people. Where do you find water for your soul? Jesus gave an answer one October day in Jerusalem: “On the last day of the feast, the great day, Jesus stood up and cried out, ‘If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, 'Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.'” We believe that you do not have to live with a dehydrated heart. Wherever you are on your spiritual journey - whether you are spiritually skeptical or mildly curious about Christianity, or whether you are already a committed follower of Jesus - we invite you to come thirsty, drink deeply, and love greatly. Let Christ be the water for your soul.
Rivertown Presbyterian Church is currently in the developmental stages with plans to launch publich worship services by the end of December 2007. Our Life Groups (small groups) will be kicking off in September. Check out the Life Groups link for more details! We would love to hear from you!
